About Us
The CRA ( Center for Legal Study, Research and Advocacy) is a multi-dimensional center intended to accomplish the following main tasks:
- Represent clients before the national courts;
- Conduct high-quality legal research in areas of national importance;
- Conduct training seminars and workshops on legal topics that are of national importance;
- Advocate for fundamental rights and liberties and the interests of marginalized groups.

Prepare business agreements; settle labor disputes and Drafting the contract, memo and company regulations.
- Provide a legal aid to vulnerable people and
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure conformity with legal regulations.

Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
The CLRA has a well-defined vision and mission that clearly indicate how the above-mentioned tasks will be accomplished. As a Centre that strives to become an excellent legal institution, its mission, and values are in line with its stated objectives as well as the values and goals of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
